What is Bioenergetics?
Bioenergetics is the study of the transformation of energy in living organisms. Bioenergetic principles and practices can be applied to energetically evaluate clients for allergies, pathogens, toxins, emotional factors, Lyme, heavy metals, structural issues, metabolic issues, and hundreds of other problems. Once identified, the client’s issues are balanced and corrected with custom imprinted frequencies.
This approach delivers extremely accurate, some would say “uncanny,” results. In a double-blind study conducted by E. Alan Jeppsen, M.D., and Steven G. Osguthorpe, N.D., of the University of Utah Alternative Medicine Department, bio-energetic balancing yielded a 97 percent correlation with blood chemistry using a clinical pool of 1,800 patients.
Everything in existence is energy. Medicine recognizes we are electromagnetic beings and has a long-standing tradition of using diagnostic machines. MRI machines work with magnetic energy. Ultrasound machines use high frequency sound energy. EKGs are an electronic representation of what is in the heart. EEGs are an electronic representation of what is in the brain.
Bioenergetic testing works by measuring the body’s energetic signatures in much the same way physical muscle testing does: if we put mercury in your body’s energy field and push on your arm, it will go weak because mercury is a very toxic substance to the human body. Mercury disrupts the human energy field just as it disrupts cellular metabolism in the body.
Though the system does not “diagnose,” it can pick up dis-resonant energies long before conventional tests can find them. It will then register frequency imbalances corresponding to physiologic abnormalities. We will then apply the imprinted frequencies to balance the problems that were identified. Energetic balancing is the least intrusive and most body friendly way to achieve good health.
How Does It Work?
If a frequency from the computer encounters a molecule that shares its frequency, then “resonance” occurs, such that the return signal of that frequency will register as a voltage drop. This signifies that the entity “looked for” by the specific frequency is or has been present in your body. One can think of resonance in the same way as an exact note will shatter glass. Bioenergetic analysis provides deeper insights, faster and better outcomes, and reduces the need for prolonged medications and supplementation.
We begin with a survey of the status of your organ systems. Although some energetic balancing systems test individual acupuncture meridians, we test the organ systems without the need for precise location of points or application of pressure to get reproducible results. By determining the stress points first, we can focus on what matters most at that moment. This is fundamentally different than test approaches that test everything and do not prioritize your needs. The difference in approaches is dramatic. It is the difference between data and insight.
We take the process a step further. When a specific frequency resonates with you, a catalog of suggested remedies is generated. The options generally fall into a few categories – supplements, homeopathic and herbal remedies, physical therapeutic modalities such as laser or adjustments, environmental modifications, etc. We formulate and imprint the exact frequencies into a small bottle of mineral-based de-ionized purified water that also contains a bit of grape seed alcohol and Biotite. This remedy will carry the frequencies to harmonize your energetic imbalances. The process is similar to downloading songs onto an MP3 player. The result is a charged bottle (or bottles) containing a customized set of frequencies. It is best to take the drops away from food, toothpaste, gum, coffee etc. Keep the bottle away from electronics (microwave ovens, cell phones, I-pods, pagers, magnets, x-rays, etc) to avoid external imprinting.
Because imprints serve as catalysts for change (just like a light switch will turn on lights as long as you have operational bulbs), a release of toxins can occur. This is often a confirmation that the imprints are addressing an important condition. When the current set of imprints has been completed, the next layer of imbalances should be removed with a new round of frequencies.

How does a remote appointment work? Remote balancing uses the same technology and offers the same results as an in office appointment – except it is done without the need to have you physically present! Enzimi
Postoje 3 kategorije enzima od kojih zavisi naš život.
- Enzimi iz hrane koji se nalaze u svim namirnicama i koje potpomažu razlaganju tih namirnica kako bi ih ćelije mogle apsorbovati.
- Drugi su digestivni enzimi koje organizam mora da proizvodi u slučaju da su enzimi u hrani koju smo uneli uništeni kuvanjem.
- Treći su metabolički enzimi koji su možda najvažni i koji odredjuju dužinu i kvalitet života.
Bukvalno sve aktivnosti u našem organizmu zavise od metaboličkih enzima. Zahvaljujući njima možemo da dišemo, hodamo, čitamo,govorimo…Bez dejstva metaboličkih enzima hrana nemože da se vari, imuni sistem i funkcija svih organa zavisi od njih.
Na osnovu trenutnih informacija sa kojima nauka raspolaže količina ovih enzima je ograničena i ljudski organizam može da ih proizvodi samo do odredjene količine. Kada nema metaboličkih enzima nema više ni života. To može biti u 60, 80, ili 120 godina. Bez obzira šta u umrlici piše kao uzrok smrti, stvarni uzrok je nedostatak metaboličkih enzima za obavljanje životnih funkcija.

Kada u hrani kuvanjem uništimo enzime organizam mora da upotrebi svoje metaboličke enzime. Sve je prosto: što više metaboličkih enzima potrošite, to će vam život biti kraći. Što manje metaboličkih enzima trebate i iskorišćavate, to će vam život biti duži.
Sve što uradimo u cilju uštede na metaboličkim enzimima predstavlja najpametni mogući postupak.
To je moguće uraditi na više načina. Najednostavni je svakako da što više jedemo hranu kojoj kuvanjem nisu uništeni enzimi, drugi način je da pokušamo da osposobimo organizam da ponovo počne proizvodnju metaboličkih enzima ili da uz pomoć funkcionalne hrane pomognemo našem organizmu.
Šta mislite, kakav efekat na organizam ima unošenje hrane čiji su svi enzimi uništeni kuvanjem? Budući da je hrana u želucu prioritet koji se ne može ignorisati, organizam mora istog trenutka da počne sa proizvodnjom enzima potrebnih za njeno varenje. As people start to place more value on health and well-being than on material wealth, is wellness the new luxury?
Wellness is a love affair that has taken the world by storm, coming into our lives and changing the way we view ourselves, and the world around us, forever. And then, just as love, wellness is so much more than what we see. Even while knowing this, no one holds all the knowledge of which wellness offerings and concepts out there are right for each person.
Of course there are some common themes, such as avoiding sugars and refined food, trying not to stress too much and working with mindful practices, moving on a daily basis – any kind of movement – and improving sleep quality. But these concepts are difficult to put into practice on a daily basis and still might not be enough.

How does Six Senses go beyond these essential basics?
What we have discovered in the last couple of years, which incidentally much of humanity has known for thousands of years, is that our so called science is just part of the picture. It’s an important part by all means, but all the things we cannot see or touch are just real as the things we can. While science has attempted to divide our bodies into parts and isolate them from each other, thinking with the best of intentions that this was the best way to go, we have forgotten how everything is connected.
For example, if you have a headache, it might have nothing to do with your head. Taking a pill to alleviate the headache might be the last thing you should do. If your back is hurting, it might be a problem with your foot. Or that you stress too much. So, treating the back might be a moot point if you don’t understand what’s causing the pain.
This is where wellness comes in, yet it is still not the complete picture.
So what is the complete picture?
Everything is connected. Quantum physics has shown that just because you can’t see something; it doesn’t mean it doesn’t exist. Have you ever been thinking about someone when your phone rings and it’s them? Or been to somewhere new yet had a sense of déjà vu? A particle does not have to be material; it can also be a wavelength. Particles communicate with each other even if they are over 14 miles apart. Everything in the universe, human or not, broadcasts a distinct energy pattern, and this energy carries information. It is all connected.
Indigenous populations in ancestral territories around the world have never lost this knowledge, but somewhere down the road we did.
What meaning can we draw from that?
We need to tap into the energy field of information around us and reprogram it. Every trauma we have had in our lives impacts our mind and body. In fact many of our health problems are actually caused by unhealed emotions and constant overstimulation However, it is possible to change our crippling internal narratives by repairing our overactive fight-or-flight system, which controls the response to danger and is involved in regulating digestion, mood, sexuality, energy and the immune system.
Psychologists have tried to dig deep into traumas for decades, without finding that key that will unlock the trauma and release it. Medicine men and shamans have known this skill for thousand and thousands of years.

A few months ago, I shared this image of my two-year health transformation on Instagram which got a lot of our community talking. In the image on the left, I had only recently turned 40, and I was in the worst shape of my life.
My eyesight was deteriorating, my waistline was expanding, a double chin was appearing and worst of all, I was starting to lose my hair. I had failed all my health goals, and instead, I was turning into that stereotypical “middle-aged” man. I wanted to stop this, as I wanted to be physically able to play with my great-grandkids and have the energy to run my business even in my 70s. To do this, I needed to figure out a way to slow down, or even reverse aging.
As I begin researching and diving deep into the science of longevity, there was always one name that kept popping up as the leading authority in this field – Ben Greenfield, the man who successfully reversed his biological age by 17 years.

What Is Biohacking? The High-Tech Wellness Movement That Wants To Help You Live Forever
The secrets to living a long life have long been a source of discussion in the scientific community, but imagine if making it to 100 wasn’t just luck of the draw.
According to Liviu Babitz, co-founder of CyborgNest, a tech company that designs sensory enhancement devices that look like pared-down Fitbits, we’re on the cusp of the next scientific frontier. Through rapid advances in technology, he believes that future generations of superhuman centenarians may be able to enjoy old age without the looming spectre of disease or sensory decline.
Every morning, the entrepreneur starts his day with an outdoor ice bath in the garden of his London home, before sitting down to take a carefully planned selection of nootropics and other supplements, designed to improve productivity and fight brain degeneration.
Until recently, he also had an electronic implant called the ‘North Sense’ inserted under the skin on his chest. The device, which is made of titanium, gently vibrates every time Babitz faces north, helping him to develop an innate sense of direction without relying on maps or a smartphone.
Liviu is part of a growing movement of people that call themselves biohackers; people who consciously ‘hack’ their bodies and minds to make them function better.
So What Exactly Is Biohacking Then?
The buzzword has become a bit of an umbrella term for anything that involves ‘do-it-yourself’ biology. Bulletproof Coffee founder Dave Asprey has been a key player in turning it into a Silicon Valley buzzword, and it’s a growing movement that’s starting to catch on in the UK too.
In the same way you can hack a computer, biohackers believe we can use science and data to improve our health, fight ageing, and up our life expectancy. Asprey even claims he will live to 180, thanks to his biohacking interventions.
“It’s a system thinking approach and a lifestyle,” explains Tim Gray, one of the UK’s leading voices on biohacking. “It’s the art and science of using nature, technology, and self-experimentation to take control of your own biology, so you can optimise your health, performance, and wellbeing.”
Gray says he first attempted to give his body a reboot after experiencing burnout, focusing on rebuilding his health through experimenting with different therapies and lifestyle changes – plus biohacking, of course. Over the last decade, he’s publicly documented his journey to so-called optimal health and regularly speaks about it with audiences across the globe.
“At its essence, the practice is targeted and quantified using data, rather than guesswork,” says Gray, who tracks his health daily by analysing different blood biomarkers. “The idea is that it’s preventative, helping you to take charge of your health early, rather than waiting to search for a cure for sickness.”
It’s important to note that it’s not the healthy lifestyle interventions that make you an extreme biohacker, however – it’s the ‘hacking’ element, and critics of the trend have called it controversial. Mostly, this is because converts are not qualified health care professionals, and many of the key figures at the forefront of the movement are tech entrepreneurs.
Biohacking In Practice
Biohacking can cover a huge range of different activities, ranging from the gentle – like tracking your sleep and making changes based on the data – to more extreme body modifications. “Biohackers optimise their health by nature first, technology second and medicine third,” says Gray.
The most experimental biohackers are known as Grinders. This subsection of the movement are almost part-cyborg, upgrading their bodies with a combination of gadgets, chemical injections and implants. Some of the more controversial (and dangerous) biohacks include parabiosis: the vampiric practice of swapping blood between a young person and an older person to increase life.
Other hardcore hackers have permanently implanted headphones into their ears, as well as microchips that open doors and transmit health data to their smartphone.
Why Do People Biohack?
According to proponents of the trend, there are a raft of benefits to shortcutting your biology.
For Babitz, the decision to implant an inch-long compass into his chest was out of desire to feel more in-tune with nature.
“Navigation orientation has become a huge pillar in our life in the last century. 200 years ago, you would have maybe travelled to a big city once in your lifetime, but today, everything moves so fast,” he explains.
“We live in a different environment, yet we are lost and we don’t really have an awareness of orientation and how things are connected.”
Liviuz’s start-up, CyborgNest, designed the compass as a solution to the problem. “Everytime you face the magnetic field of the planet, you get a vibrating notification, similar to those that birds and other animals have,” explains Babitz.
Buy why doesn’t he just use a smartphone? “The compass on your phone is something that you need to make a deliberate decision to use, but the magic with senses is that they are always on,” he explains.
“This helps us to build what we call our perception of reality. It’s the same with sensing the magnetic field of the planet; because it’s a permanent thing, you start understanding how things are connected and correlated with one another. The permanency of sensing the magnetic field, to me, was amazing.”
Ed van Harmelen, founder of supplements brand Youth and Earth, started his biohacking journey in his 40s, experimenting with regularly exercising in oxygen tents, utilising hyperbaric oxygen therapy, and practicing Wim Hof’s cold water therapy.
“I was at an age where I started to feel aches and pains more, and I noticed that it took me longer to recover, so I became curious about practices that could help me to feel better in the day-to-day,” he says.
Since then, he’s started adding MCT coconut oil to his coffee, taking NMN (an anti-ageing supplement), and experimenting with intermittent fasting practices.
Van Harmelen also has a flash glucose monitor inserted into his skin. ”It’s basically a small sensor that reads your glucose without having to finger-prick,” he explains. “You don’t have the hassle of having to go through the usual process – you scan the disc with your phone and it gives you a quick reading.”
There may be an obvious sense of convenience, but for some, biohacking can offer a sense of control over an uncertain future. “People want to learn more about their bodies and understand why certain things are happening, whether something feels off or it’s functioning in a less efficient way,” says Van Harmelen. “Ageing isn’t the problem, it’s the age-related diseases that come with it.
“For me, it’s about my health span and not just my lifespan, and learning more about how I can prevent health problems so I can age well,” he continues.“It’s an expensive lifestyle, but it’s something that became more of a priority for me as I got older.”
Is It Safe?
Some practices that feature in biohacking methods may be generally safe – like taking certain supplements, waking with the sunrise or making healthy changes to your diet. However, some of the more out-there biohacking techniques like body modifications, may not be safe and obviously shouldn’t be attempted at home.
As always, it’s important to speak to your doctor before making any adjustments to your diet or health – and none of us should blindly follow wellness trends without considering whether they’re really right for us. However, Gray says there are some gentle ways you can incorporate the thinking behind biohacking into your everyday life.
“You can safely ‘biohack’ at home by optimising your sleep, wearing blue-blocking glasses and limiting blue light exposure from gadgets,” says Gray. Blue light is thought to be detrimental because of its association with suppressing melatonin levels, leading to poor sleep.
Gray adds there’s emerging research to suggest that ‘grounding’ therapy – going barefoot outdoors – can help to improve our mood too. Some proponents of the trend believe that having direct contact with the earth – whether through walking barefoot or swimming in the sea – can help us to connect with its natural energy, which in turn can bring our bodies back into alignment.
Finally, getting your blood tested is one of the simplest and safest techniques. Blood work can tell you if you’re deficient in various nutrients, helping you to build a supplement plan that’s right for you.
Essentially, biohacking is not all about being a living synth, and while implanting microchips into our bodies still feels a long way away for the average person, there’s something we can all take from the underlying principle of consciously ageing well.

Why is it so hard to break certain habits?
- The coffee you drink every morning on autopilot, even though you know it’s like pouring gasoline on your anxiety.
- The cocktail you order at happy hour, because all your colleagues are.
- The urge to watch another Netflix episode when you really want to be studying a foreign language.
Once we develop patterns and routines, the body gets used to them. They make our nervous systems feel safe.
For example, coffee actually dysregulates the central nervous system, but when you drink it every day, dysregulation becomes your norm.
You feel bored and tired if you’re not a little on edge.
A regulated nervous system would feel weird to that person.
They would need some time to adjust to the stillness. To know they’re safe to relax. To know they don’t have to be on high alert to be productive and focused.
That’s why behavioral change can be so challenging:
Whether a habit is good or bad, the subconscious – the body – gravitates toward what is familiar, again and again…
… even if it’s not good for you.
Your mind tries to fight for you: You wake up and swear that today will be the day you reach for tea instead of coffee, or skip the cocktail.
Mentally, you want that so bad – to feel that sense of accomplishment, that sense of internal calm. But your body just wants what’s normal.
What if behavioral change could be effortless, for you and your clients?
What if you could follow through on what you mentally want to do?
Here’s the thing, Goran: When your fundamental energy is balanced, you’re far less likely to gravitate toward behaviors that aren’t serving you.
These behaviors are your subconscious attempt to self-regulate:
To get back to what your body knows as normal – even if your normal is fight-or-flight.
When your system is already regulated – when your organs and energy systems are working the way they were designed…
… you no longer need to use energy drinks, coffee, or wine to feel a temporary sense of equilibrium.
The times we’re most likely to reach for regulators?
When we’re exhausted, depressed, or anxious.
Once your energy is restored at the root, you’re much less likely to experience these conditions, and therefore much less likely to engage in self-regulatory attempts that aren’t serving you.
When you’re in balance, you’ll naturally want to reach for things that truly support your energy, rather than substances that provide a temporary high followed by a crash, and deeper dysregulation.

- Three sodium ions bind to the sodium-potassium pump, which is open to the interior of the cell.
- The pump hydrolyzes ATP, phosphorylating itself (attaching a phosphate group to itself) and releasing ATP. This phosphorylation event causes a shape change in the pump, in which it closes off on the inside of the cell and opens up to the exterior of the cell. The three sodium ions are released, and two potassium ions bind to the interior of the pump.
- The binding of the potassium ions triggers another shape change in the pump, which loses its phosphate group and returns to its inward-facing shape. The potassium ions are released into the interior of the cell, and the pump cycle can begin again.

I understand the mechanisms, but what is the actual point in maintaining the concentration gradients?
As the article states, if the sodium/potassium pump ceased to function, the concentration gradients would dissipate. If the whole purpose of the concentration gradients is to create an action potential, why can’t the membrane be non polar and then instead of depolarising the membrane at threshold, it would merely, polarise it? this would still create an action potential would it not? I don’t understand WHY there is a whole mechanism to maintain these gradients when an action potential could still be created if the membrane at rest was non polar.Is it because there wouldn’t really be an resting membrane potential? I.e the membrane would never truly be at rest because of the different permeabilities and equilibrium potentials of the ions? Therefore an action potential would not be able to be created.. But if there was Na+ constantly moving in and K+ constantly moving out, why would this not keep a constant membrane potential?

I think it is because it is easier and faster to depolarize the membrane than to polarize it. The sodium/potassium pump needs energy and time to clear the intracellular space from sodium, and I guess it would be quite ineffective to take this mechanism for impulse transfer.
And what one might forget is that every cell has a concentration gradient! I even heard it as a definition of life, to have a specific concentration of ions which is not the same as the one surrounding the cell. This concentration gradient is important for metabolic processes, i.e. to build new molecules or to break them down, and for the osmosis – water always tries to equal concentration differences out by going towards the more salty regions. That is how we absorb water and why people can’t drink sea water, for example.

The membrane is relatively impermeable to Cl-, yes, but Cl- influence is also reduced because its equilibrium potential is already close to the resting membrane potential (I believe Cl- equilibrium potential is around ~71mV)! Keep in mind the equilibrium potential of ions that the membrane is more permeable to has a greater impact on resting potential than that of ions the membrane is less permeable to. The function of the pump is to take out three sodium from the cell and two potassium into the cell with the use of ATP (changes the shape of pump to release these ions), already with the stoichiometry difference, we see a charge difference. Furthermore, because it is more postive outside of the cell, and negative inside the cell, plasma membrane becomes more permeable to Potassium on our leak channels. There are more k and less NA+ inside and more NA+ and less K+ outside. It is because the cell membrane is selectively permeable which means that is allows some substances to come in while restricting the others. When Na is increased in the ECF it will not have any major affect on the cell, a negligible depolarization if even measurable because the higher outside gradient will help push the Na into the cell (but remember that it isn’t very permeable so it’s minute).
K will have a bigger effect because the extra ECF will decrease the internal leakage of K from ICF to ECF because there would be a higher gradient outside now. Since redox reactions happen in our body, as a consequence we have ions.Which is more important, because our nervous sysem relies on transmitting neural signal (electrical current) we have to create that electrical field somehow – that’s why we have ions.
Now, the change in concentration inside and outsid eof cell helps creating resting emmbrane potential, depolarization, repolarization and generating action potential (that’s how signal is porpagated).
Action potential jumps from Ranvier node to another and that way is faster conducted until it reaches synapse or final destination – where it is transmitted into sensation (in our brain) or into some action (efferent pathways).
Something as complicated as sensing that truck is runnign towards you while you are crossing the road (sorry if my example is morbid) all relies on little Na and K ions. And channels for Na and K as well. All down to the level of atoms and molecules (Biology cannot exist without Chemistry or Physics).

MG THERAPY
To understand the working principle of the Micro-generator (MG therapies) and the function of the Micro–generator (MG ceutical), the specific foundation need to be considered. MG therapy is the result of the synergy of knowledge of Traditional Chinese medicine, combined with up-to-date discoveries in electronic and bioinformatics sphere. So, that synergy is the foundation of the science focusing on cell information exchange process – the MG therapy.
THE ORIGIN
The concrete reason for the emergence of MG therapy was the accident that happened in the 1980s in Kiev, CHERNOBYL. Due to the high level of radiation, it was very difficult to help the patients with the usual medical methods, which in themselves were invasive, so that the patients with such damaged health could not bear them. So the then president of the Soviet Union, Brezhnev, set a task for the Soviet Academy of Sciences to find a new non-invasive type of therapy and treatment as soon as possible, so that the people of Ukraine could be helped. In 2000, the sequence of nucleotides in the DNA molecule was discovered, which was sensationally presented. The arrangement of nucleotides in the double chain has been learned, but we have not yet mastered the meaning of the information in the chain. In other words, the questions of why and when DNA despiralization and the rewriting of the sequence of nucleotides to informational RNA occur. Bioenergetic devices and functional medicine, he was born in 17.02.1909. in Berlin and died 12.02.1989. in Plochingen, Germany). Doctor Voll completed the existing 12 acupuncture channels with 8 more. So today we have 20 electropuncture channels. The new 8 electropuncture channels unite the existing ones and they are:

Dr. Voll worked for Hitler in those forties, which is why his discoveries were not recognized for a long time. Voll had the opportunity to examine both living people and corpses, he obtained information from special places on the bones of the fingers and toes, which according to traditional Chinese medicine were along the meridians.

Voll’s diagnostics gives us the opportunity to observe the state of electroacupuncture points and the organs, parts of organs and their cells connected to them. This also gives us the opportunity to test and choose the effect from the Micro-generator by observing the data before and after. Micro-generators for each of the electroacupuncture points, of which there are about 365, carry recorded information about sedation or stimulation of them. What is Bioenergetics?
Bioenergetics is the study of the transformation of energy in living organisms. Bioenergetic principles and practices can be applied to energetically evaluate clients for allergies, pathogens, toxins, emotional factors, Lyme, heavy metals, structural issues, metabolic issues, and hundreds of other problems. Once identified, the client’s issues are balanced and corrected with custom imprinted frequencies.
This approach delivers extremely accurate, some would say “uncanny,” results. In a double-blind study conducted by E. Alan Jeppsen, M.D., and Steven G. Once ensconced in the pod, users can choose either a 5, 10 or 15 minute wellness session. On-screen content and audio through speakers guide the user through breathing exercises, relaxation techniques and meditation. The user can then either continue with their working day, relaxed and refreshed, or remain in the Orrb for a learning session. The wellness sessions are said to put users in state of mental focus conducive to learning.
In addition to the learning and development content, Orrb X acts as a delivery and booking management platform. It is also possible for organizations to upload their own training content.
The standard package for the Orrb is US$9,950 with a $400 per month subscription fee for Orrb X. The maximum number of employees allowed per single Orrb is 50 to ensure that there is adequate availability for its usage.
